Product description

Seiko is introducing three new Prospex creations that are modern re-interpretations of the original Seiko diver's watch from 1965. The watches are powered by Seiko’s latest in-house automatic movement, Caliber 6R55, with a power reserve of 72 hours. The watches are further enhanced to ensure water resistance to 30 bar, a first for Prospex non-saturation diver’s watches. The date window has been moved to the space between four and five o’clock to allow for a more symmetrical design and more space to be filled with Lumibrite, ensuring high legibility even in dark conditions. With a case diameter of 40.0mm, a lug-to-lug length of 46.4mm, and a thickness of 13.0mm, the watch’s compact dimensions offer excellent wearability for everyday use. The year 2024 is the 100th anniversary of Seiko. This charcoal-grey watch with gold accents is introduced as a special edition to celebrate the occasion.
