This year, Balmain has re-released one of its most iconic watches. Launched in 1987, this Haute Elegance model was inspired by the famous 'Antonia' evening dress from the Balmain couture collection of 1954. This dress was embroidered with an elegant arabesque pattern that became Balmain's signature style element.

The refined silver-toned dial has an arabesque-decorated center surrounded by Roman numerals and the whole is subtly edged with a pattern reminiscent of the fine weave of the finest fabrics.

The 30mm watches are ultra-thin (only 4.82mm) and feature a modern glossy green, red or blue glass bezel with the Pierre Balmain metal lettering underneath, adding a contemporary touch to the watch's vintage look. The shiny leather straps are a nod to the 1980s and the original watch that inspired it.
